Well-being Programmes

Our Programmes are designed to empower clients to take effective steps to successfully resolve even long standing issues. They are created with the individual in mind and are offered on a 1 to 1 or group basis, ensuring there is something suitable for you.

Not only are there different paths to well-being, we all flourish best in environments suited to our own learning style.

To accommodate this we have devised a series of well-being programmes offered on a 1 to 1 or group basis, to ensure there is something to suit different learning preferences.

Our Programmes include:

Coaching Programme

Coaching is a holistic process consisting of a series of conversations between two people- the coach and the client over a 6-8 week period.

Have you ever wanted someone to listen whilst you voiced your thoughts, someone who offered you 100% commitment, non-judgemental support; and at the same time shared tools and tips which empowered you to make positive choices?

Well, that’s what a coach does.

Workshops and Talks

Half day Workshops

These are designed for small groups of people who are interested in personal growth to come together in a friendly, supportive environment. They range in subject offering a variety of topics, designed to ignite the interest in positive change. Whilst the workshops encourage group participation, it’s also OK if you prefer to learn by observation.

Talks

Our talks last about one hour and are usually given to groups of between 10 and 30 people. As they cover all the programmes offered by Well-being Works, they are an excellent way to have a preview of the different aspects of our work so that you can select a programme confident in the knowledge it will be the right choice for you.

Laughter and Relaxation Sessions

Reducing our stress levels gives us back the ability to approach our life in a more resourceful way. Our laughter and relaxation sessions are a positive and fun way for employees and individuals to improve their well-being and reap the benefits of laughter.
